My YUYU Bottle has been an absolute lifesaver during this time, nearly everyday for the last 4 months I have had this hot water bottle attached to me (our electricity bills are probably sky high, due to the number of times I boil the kettle, oops). It is perfect because it is long, so you wrap it right around your pelvis, meaning you can get relief from pain at the front and on your back. It has enabled me to actually get out the house and I find that it is the ONLY thing that helps dramatically reduce the chronic pain.
